A test order reached the provider dashboard; import fixes were deployed and acknowledged.

I traced the mismatch to missing checkout-session data, repaired the confirmation path and replayed the failed request in testing.

I traced missing order updates to an unconfigured provider webhook subscription, verified the endpoint was ready and documented the required setup.
After configuration, production received order updates from every channel.
Store launches

When incoming orders were missing from the launch-day dashboard, I corrected timezone handling in the order list and analytics.
The fix was deployed during the launch incident.

I repaired a reward screen that showed an image instead of its QR code.
A colleague confirmed the fix in the released iPhone app that night.
